Second character based off from halloween themes and tales.
This is suppose to be our main boogeyman who controls everything what has to do with scares and halloween and is mostly up for scaring kids on that holiday.
He is a womanizer and has a crush on a Poltergeist lady. the bat is is small friend who follows him around, everywhere he goes. He will probably act up as a dark The Mask. xD

Inked by hand and coloured in photoshop. Photoshopping took about one hour and inking took two.
